Bleys Dugan is a manager with Frida Southwest, who has called restaurants home since late 2010. He has nearly a decade of experience between fine dining, event catering, and restaurant management, and his professional passions are focused towards leading a staff with guests being the root cause of why we operate. By doing so, he hopes to deliver nothing short of a perfect experience for every individual. His choice of industry is a reflection of his hope to create small, yet impactful, ripples in the community that have a lasting effect and positive effect on the human spirit.
